Can we pay by purchase order or invoice instead of a card?
Yes. Use the quote request form on this page. We'll send a formal quote, W-9 and invoice you can hand straight to your business office, then activate the licenses when the PO is approved.
Can we buy just one seat?
Yes. One teacher can be purchased by card or by invoice/purchase order — there's no minimum team size.
How do our teachers get access after we buy?
You get one join link and code right after checkout. Forward it to your teachers — each one creates an account through that link and we switch their account to full Science Hook Lab Membership access.
Can we add more teachers later in the year?
Yes. Email us and we'll add seats at your current per-teacher rate, prorated for the remainder of your term. Crossing into a bigger volume band lowers your rate for everyone.
What happens at renewal?
Annual licenses renew once a year on the same date, and we email you ahead of time so it can go through your budget cycle. You can cancel or change seat counts before renewal at any time.
Is student data involved?
No student accounts. We don't collect student names or diagnoses. If you use optional class profiles, the app stores class names, student initials, support choices (like extended time or a word bank) and the language you enter, linked to your account only. Profile initials and class names are not sent to the AI; relevant support choices and language may be sent to adapt materials. You can delete classes and student profiles anytime. Please don't enter student names or diagnoses in class names, topics or custom requests.
